We are a functional movement and human performance training center. At CoreFirst, we are dedicated to meeting the training needs for each client,team, or small group who trains with us. No matter your age or physical abilities we have a program for you.

Welcome to the new age of training using short high intensity movements to improve strength, power, speed, stamina, agility and mental conditioning. CoreFirst uses bodyweight exercises as well as a variety of equipment, such as medicine balls, slam balls, kettle bells, plyometric boxes, gymnastic rings, pull-up bars, paralettes and other equipment to challenge you to be better for you.
CoreFirst training is designed for the individual who wants a program that will challenge you through variability and progress with each individual’s fitness level. With numerous variations and combinations and with at least one trainer on the floor at all times to help with proper form and to motivate each individual, you will never become bored with the same workout.
Some workouts require an individual to work as hard and as fast as you can for short intervals and then take sufficient rest, while other workouts will require an extended effort with shorter breaks. Using this combination and muscle confusion exercises, CoreFirst will provide you with the best conditioning program you have ever participated in to burn more calories in a shorter time.
